Great Massage Service
Just went to Cloud for a massage two weeks ago. Had a massage delivered by the masseur Ming. He massaged with strength and on the right spot. Can sense that he is a very experience in this field. A decent chap. Loosen my tight shoulder and pain relief for my back ache. Enjoyed the massage and overall, the place and massage is great. Highly recommended.

Worth visit to this wonderful Cloud Nine Spa
It is my first time to Cloud Nine and I was really impressed how they delivered their services. From the moment I entered the premises till my massage session ended. Took up 90 mins body therapy and 20 mins body scrub with Grayson. He was very attentive who can delivered superb massage skills. It is really worth visiting during my stay in SG. For sure I will visit them again when I travel to Singapore.

Great Massage Skills in well-renovated environment
First visit to Cloud Nine and I was really amazed by the way how the business was run. The massage therapist (Grayson) who attended to me was highly skilled in his massaging and very attentive to my needs. Never regret to visit Cloud Nine. They have a team of different nationalities like Singapore, Malaysia, Chinese, Vietnam, and even from Korea. Will visit them again when I am back in Singapore. Cheers!

Cloud Nine just renovated
Recently just went to Cloud. Have asked for Ming to massage. Noticed Cloud Recently has done some minor renovation. The wallpaper is lighter in colour, looks brighter. The ambient is great and had a quality massage given by the masseur. Good.
Therapist with Good Knowledge and Skills
Chen is one of the therapists at Cloud Nine I have engaged for an authentic and rejuvenating massage. He finds and massages the pressure points by using a combination of techniques (both pressing and kneading). I could relax totally and sense the parts massaged a soothing and warm feeling. During the massage, he explains to me the certain reaction I may have with parts of my body when he applies the relevant massage technique, tapping on his knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine. This helps me to be more aware of my health conditions. After two sessions with him, I know my body is well cared for.

A very relaxing and professional massage. The spa is exceptionally clean and the facilities are great. Was able to shower both before and after the massage which is required in the humidity of Singapore! I had Sonny as my masseur and he is a very cute lad who was excellent. His massage was very strong and knew how to get some of the knots out of my shoulders. A great experience and would definitely go back. Highly recommended and very reasonably priced.

Cloud Nine provides quality services at affordable rates. Facilities and towels are clean which is a plus factor. Staff are friendly and service oriented. Sky, one of the therapists there, impresses with his attentiveness and skillfulness. During every massage session with him, I feel totally relaxed, both physical and mental. He uses a repertoire of massage technique on the head, face and body, making me feel rejuvenated after each massage session with him. Conversant in customer care, therapist like him may not seem easy to come by. May Cloud Nine continue to prosper and embrace the philosophy of providing authentically good services for customers.

Great service in the heart of Orchard
Cloud 9 is a business that knows the secret to success. They are very easy to contact via WhatsApp. Warm and friendly with the information needed to book an appointment. Upon arrival, the front desk staff is very kind and welcoming, quickly getting me checked in. My appointment was with Sonny, and he provided one of the most thorough massages I have had. He found every knot and worked hard on getting them out. He did a lot of stretching techniques that made a big difference as well. The training he has received is obvious from the quality of the treatment . Just as important, he checked in with me often to make sure I was ok. The next morning I woke refreshed and pain free. My only regret is that we do not have this Spa in the US!
I definitely recommend and will go bac!

Nice but dirty beds
The only complain I have is the dirty bed. But we make do by covering it with a big towel.
Maurice is really handsome, have good massage skills, great body, and big........highly recommended.

An authentic shiatsu and strong men only massage. Sky is a master in the healing bodywork experience. He not only addressed my stiff back with the precision of his work, his care and attention to my comfort made for one of the best deep tissue massage ever done in Singapore. Highly recommended!!!

Very welcoming venue
We had a wonderful time at the spa. We both opted for the 90 min package and that certainly provided a resting and relaxing experience ahead of a long flight for us. We can thoroughly recommend the personnel (especially Sky and Hoong) and the venue. A fantastic place.

I came to cloudnine today for a 140min body massage + scrub + Sauna. This is the first time I have come to their massage shop. The place is really big and has my own private space. You can come and try it. I made an appointment with Rain masseuse today, so his massage was really, really good. i will come again
