체육관에는 최고급 장비, 프리 웨이트, 유산소 운동기구가 있으며, 위층에는 사이클링 룸, 복싱 링, 핫 요가 및 기타 그룹 운동을위한 대형 교실이 있습니다.
기타 시설로는 iPad 스테이션과 무료 Wi-Fi가있는 카페, 라커룸 및 사우나가 있습니다. 체육관은 오후 5시 이후에 가장 바쁩니다. 단기 회원이 가능합니다.

Cannot recommend enough!
These gyms are brilliant; immaculate and exceptional quality of facilities in really convenient locations. Kit and towels are provided as are free refreshments in their lounges. A couple are open 24 hours too. I teach here and live 90 minutes from Bangkok but travel in most/every weekend.
If you're only visiting, you can get a free 3 day pass via the website. I recommend using this at Q House Lumphini Park (or IconSiam if you want a pool with a skyline view...) Once you're in, maybe pretend you're applying to be a teacher here (so they don't clock on to the fact tourists are abusing the offer..?)
