    Plz avoid

    Plz avoid this place. The toilet is beyond run down. It has black mold all over the place. If ur btm, i can feel that if u wash ur butts there, u will get inflected somehow. Thouh its 200 TWD, its not worth ur time n health.

    Nice

    Nice sauna. MRT Yuanshan R14 Stn. Walk about 10 mins fr the stn. Has 3 floors. Went there on Friday. Not many customers but the action was real. And receptionist was cute!

    Waste of time

    Bunch of hairless Asian chubs mostly wearing glasses on both bear nights visits. Just only a handful of guys walked around and no action. The guy at counter will only give you small hand towel...The whole process can be a failure and unwelcoming in this very small sauna. Steam room only that rarely works.

    Awesome if you meet the right guy

    Hit or miss. Went twice, crowd was thin late nights. Second night I hit the jackpot! Met this tall and bearish hung local who seem to fancy stocky chubs. Guys were trying to enter our cubicle because of all the load moans I made. The guy was sweet and would not let me leave. but I was with a friend so I had to say goodbye. Will definitely come back.

    Bears actually pertains to hairy men regardless of they're solid or soft For your reference, accdg to Wikipedia, Bears describes a hairy, heavy-set (sometimes muscular) gay or bisexual man.

    Very small, no attractive guys!

    Went there last week, not many people, most were out of shape middle aged men, they call themselves "bear" but "bear" suppose to be solid not soft and chubby.

    Christmas Street Party Friday 13th December 2013

    The owner of Chelu has organized a street party for this coming Friday. Entry is just 50 pesos. There will be plenty of entertainment and lots of friendly people. It is a safe environment. If you want to visit but do not know anyone just ask for Jeff, David or William and they will be happy to help.

    Interesting....

    I visited the sauna today at 6:30pm 24th March 2017. I am tourist from Australia. The sauna is relatively easy to get to. The staff speaks very little English but are very friendly. The navigation of the sauna was a little bit confusing as there is no English or signs. The facilities and rooms are clean. The crowd is bear type. I was a little uncomfortable only because of the language barrier.

    Bear crowded

    Just been here on 30 Oct @ 8:30pm. Very crowdless (all are bear ) just only around 10 people here, steam room temperate not hot at all, staff are friendly and place are clean.

    Has a massage. Great atmosphere, Jonhnson was my therapist. Very strong and professional. No appointment was necessary. Welcomed with hot tea. Cash only, no credit cards.

    Very quiet after 10pm on Weekdays

    The staff and owner are very nice. The entry is not expensive. Too bad it was really quiet after 10pm on a weekday night, only 3 patrons. I cannot find the steamroom, as many doors were closed or not marked. However the place is very clean.

    Mecca moved to Centro bar next to Caravelle hotel

    We went to check out this Mecca bar, it has been replaced by a bar called Maya but is no longer a gay bar. When we left an old guy come up and asked us if we where looking for Mecca and he kindly pointed us towards the Centro Bar next door to Caravelle Hotel. Centro is a gay bar, sadly no go go dancers when we were there on a busy Saturday night, but they did have a drag show around midnight, it was hard to see as there is no stage area. It was a mixed crowd of westerners and locals, mainly guys. Drinks were reasonably priced and the service was typical Vietnamese.

    Closed

    Hard to tell what a place is like when it's always closed. Went on Monday and Friday night and both times the lights were out.
